A lot of years ago there was an organisation known as the Thoroughbred Racing Pigeon Association [TRPA ]. I believe it worked similarly to the Kennel Club, registering breeding particulars etc. My knowledge on the TRPA is very limited, but would be interested if anyone has any information on how it operated and the reason/s for it disbanding.
