It's up to those elected members to keep their club members up to date. Contact your club delegates who attended the meeting to get the info. When was the last one like. the way you are writing the above think we are new to the doo game. All I would like to know is the meeting still going ahead as the planned date or NOT, That's not the point Alex, should be a balance sheet and agenda out 14 days beforehand.
