ONCE MORE WHO LOST 5000 DOOS AND WHO ONLY GOT ONE BACK FROM 150MLS, I TAKE IT U ARE SAYING ENGLISH PIGEONS DO NOT GET LOST, ONLY SCOTTISH,  :X :X :X :X :X :X

I THINK THE REFERENCE TOO THE LOST BIRDS ARE

LANARKSHIRE DROPPED OVER 5,OOO AT SCOTCH CORNER, THAT WAS THE DROP IN BIRDAGE FOR THIER NEXT RACE, NEVER KNOW EXACTLY HOW MANY WERE LOST.

AND I THINK IT WAS THE MIDLAND FED WHO ONLY GOT ONE BACK ON THE DAY FROM THIER 150 MILE, AND NOT MANY MORE THE NEXT DAY.

AS FAR AS I KNOW THIS IS PROBABLY TWO OF THE WORSE YOUNG BIRD RACES IN SCOTLAND, WELL IN MY SHORT TIME RACING ANYWAY

we are wandering of topic. I think we will find that the rpra will not be pressganged by any other union into getting involved in a non issue. the issues outlined in the BHW have already been placed before the relevant region and have been dealt with in 2004. the organisation with the problem then attempted to undermine the rpra process by going straight to the council. this was put back to the organisation involved the council pointed them to the rpra process through the region. the council fully supported the regions decision and the rpra process. as to the attempt at bluffing the reading public into believing that the complaining organisation had gone through the rigours of the scottish legal system to prove the righteousness of their rules and constitution, laughable. the only way this can be done is through Judicial review at the high court. the case being used as the platform took place in a small debt court in fife. everything about this confederation report clearly shows the desparation and obsessive nature of the complainer. all hot air no facts.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT THIS FORUM WAS FOR PIGEON DISCUSSIONS AND VIEWS, LOOKING THROUGH "ME" POSTS ITS VERY HARD TO FIND ANYTHING OTHER THAN STIRRING THINGS AND AGRO, CAN,T FIND MUCH ABOUT WHAT THE FORUM IS FOR IN THEM,

OF COURSE THIS IS EASY WHEN U HIND BEHIND USERNAMES ISN'T IT.

Just as a matter of interest .....what do the RPRA do if you are debt suspended from say WHU, NEHU etc. I always thought that if you were debt suspended ...you were debt suspended.

So what you are saying is that anyone prevented from flying showing etc should go to the RPRA cos they just allow you to fly with them irrespective of debt suspension etc?

As I said to ME its not the SHU, in may cases it is the clubs that were left in the lurch. Why not pay what you are due and keep the peace for the sake of a few pounds.

A bit of a sair one eh for "S" ring RPRA flyers ...... possibility of being banned and the introduction of ETS (the reason for them leaving in the first place)...  ALL IN THE SAME WEEK OUCH!

It should be noted that most of the RPRA boys did resign or fly in two unions and none of this will particularly affect them so we are not talking about a lot of folk ??) ??) ::) ::) ??) ;D ;D

YES DANDYDOO AND MEMBERS OF THOSE CLUBS HAD TO TAKE THE BLUNT OF IT, I REMEMBER WHEN U CERTAINLY WOULD.NT GET IN ANY CLUB IF U WERE IN DEBT TO ANOTHER, BUT NOW IT MUST BE VERY DESPARATE FOR MEMBERS,

I think you would find that the rpra willl always act in a discreet and circumspect manner. the process will be adhered to at all times and everyone regardless of who they are will receive the same treatment. openess, fairness and equity within the rules and constitution. the rpra will only involve themselves in matters under their jurisdiction, and rightly so. no blustering no balderdash or outlandish or outrageous claims. the nehu or whu or any other organisation will deal with their own isuues and rightly so. one question though. has every member who has not resigned over the years been debt suspended or is it only a current issue?

you have not really being looking very hard then fifer lets just think about it posts on pigeon health matters ,posts on problems with late breds.posts concerning the darkness system, posts on pigeon welfare and the need for better race controlling etc etc and why you feel it necessary to single me out with your aggressive and snide remarks in post 51 of this thread I don't know. I'm not objecting by the way censorship should be kept to a minimum, but I bet you if I had made those remarks the post would have been edited.

Good God Fifer you have'nt spent the whole night reading my posts for ammunition have you? Do me a favour please, all I said was I was upset with people who have genuine disabilities being used by pigeon people for there own agenda. I would say at this point that my own brother is disabled and more in need of government help than most yet he still works full time, that is when he has not been hospitalised by his illness. I was also upset by Peter Bryant's words posted on this site regarding the amendments to the 1995 act which come into force in December. Unlike most on thie site I have actually read most of the acts, well  and pigeon racing particularly timing in pigeons is not affected by the amendments whatsoever,so why say it is. Think about it.!! Don't let your own predujices get in the way and yes before some one asks I am dyslexic(?) but that does'nt make me a bad person but amazingly enough it does make me " disabled" in some respects under the act. What a load of tosh!!

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL ..... You trying for a role in "Yes Minister" you have answered in glib rhetoric not answered any questions :o:P:o ...but whatever ...."no blustering no balderdash or outlandish or outrageous claims" Ehhh who is claiming what ...Read the RPRA rules about debt suspensions and you will see :o :o :o :o

As for the other question they should have ....but I dont know...do Clubs absorb it and not report ...how can anyone know this ....but oh wait g'wan ...you do ;D :P:o :o :o. But he you have nothing to worry about cos as you say the RPRA WILL "always act in a discreet and circumspect manner. the process will be adhered to at all times and everyone regardless of who they are will receive the same treatment. openess, fairness and equity within the rules and constitution[b"

Problem is that the Clubs and Feds must take the appropriate action first ...before it gets near a Union whether they endorse, or rule on a dispute soooooo I guess if clubs for instance go defunkt and someone is say ....suspended what happens ?????

But you are right anyone who takes or harms folks Birds or their property i.e. own them well .....

post 61 response. good that you also think that the rpra are doing a good job dandydoo. the outrageous claims that I ahave alluded to are those stated in the confederation report. attempting to persuade the reader that the rules and constitution of one of the participating organisations has been tested or ratified by the scottish legal system. balderdash and piffle. outrageous and outlandish claim. if each of the particpating organisations stayed within the remit of the confederation less contentious and more appropriate issues could be discussed. this would ensure a more productive forum. it is frightenening that some representatives from the organisations involved either do not understand the remit of the confederation or pay no heid to the rules and constitution of other particpating organisations. it is reassuring that the rpra process ensures the rights of its membership. good news for all.
