a failed attempt to grasp at straws. post 24 rhis forum. no content relating to the post. after 4 days no denial of the so called allegations. today will let us see what the position is in  reality. this forum has  i feel done a tremendous job in allowing a constructive and reasonable discussion on the subject matter. open and even handed. this is the way forward and would lead to a much healthier and happier mood within the pigeon community in scotland and uk.

Well I for one would not want the thieves who stole our Transporter and Federation funds to be allowed back without first returning all of the property to its rightful owners. May join the RPRA if Scott Gibson gets in.

Another missing piece of the jigsaw of my understanding of the procedures of the SHU Inner Cabinet: How ... by what means ... are delegates called to the Council Meeting, and how do they know where it is to be held and what is to be discussed?

 

Is it by carrier pigeon with a message attached, or are they perhaps  phoned (heaven forbid too modern, too efficient) or even mailed X days in advance with an Agenda ... and if so who prepares and mails it out?

 

Or are they hand picked because of their psychic abilities?

i fail to see how tha languge and terms in this post appear to be acceptable to the moderators when we have experience of what has been removed in the past.. where is the proof of funds been stolen. this is an extremely worrying post. even more worrying is the fact that one of the forum moderators added a post after it and seen no need to remove it.

yes the forum keeps u informed tammy, but if ur fed members are not getting kept up to date with what is going on in the shu then i suggest u get rid of ur delegates and get ones that will do there job and keep u informed, thats what they are there for, and its not just ur fed tammy it happens all over even in my own, when i was a shu delegate i always reported back to the members at the general meeting what went on at the shu council meetings. this is the problem tammy all over delegates are not mandated to do what the members want, how many shu delegates were instructed by there members on how to vote today, bet most voted as they wanted, not their members instructions. anyway all the best for 2007 tammy, mind get some good weather photos lol.

the notification and agenda of shu council meetings are sent out to ur fed secy, who should call a meeting of members to go over the agenda and mandate ur delegates, but what happens is it is most likely ur fed officials who are the delegates so are just handed the agenda, and they go and do as they want, so once again its the fault of the members allowing this,

Unlike your own original post, there were immediate replies from the 'accused party' on these allegations; SHU  are not represented on this Forum, (as far as I know) so I reckoned (correctly) there would / could be no reply from them. Some take silence as admission of guilt, as you have attempted to do in the thread, silence is nothing other than that, and that was one reason for my post AS MODERATOR and the other was the fact that unsubstantiated allegations can render this website open to Lawsuit. My post protected both the accused party and the website.
