well you have to give notice to the fed secretary before the first of november or you are liable for all the following years club fees,

Should have rules in your constitution, depends if tax man was involved in your accounts, remaining members after last subsciption closing date. commitee members that are still involved, totaly disbanding or disbanding till the future members or committee is formed again.

Normally all committee members at last agm are responsible for all funds and debts, special metting should be called and adverts placed or posted

Clubs in the shu must abide by the rules in order to join and be part of it, but the club could already have a constitution if they exsisted before joining the shu and also have extra rules amended at an agm to suit the club :-/

If you three are on this forum, You should be ashamed of yourselves if the above is true, let the club continue without you lot, or is it a case of greed, is there money invloved in disbanding. Or is it sheer rotteness that inspires your decisions

I agree as I said about shu rules bieng implimented as long as you are a member, but you can have rules like by-laws to suit your own club
