Ave never thought it right that a president votes on proposals, but will certainly use my casting vote if required.

Sitting around 90/100, easily another 40/50 standing, which is a far greater number than attendances have been lately. Despite all the debates and idea's banded about members just don't turn up to vote Tommy. For the life of me i canny understand that but tha;s the way it is. I know there are a FEW members unable to attend due to work or health reasons but the majority CHOOSE no tae come and go along with the decisions taken by others who do attend. I would be Very surprised if it was any different around the country.

Personally I think having the ybs at a set distance for 5 races is a great shout say 120 miles....move them on for two more..

Great way of educating them.

Guys miss the first race or two theres no massive jump.

Doos injured in racing or training have the option to get back on the programme.

But I would wait till the nationals were out they way have a week or two break.. let guys get training into them..also lets them concentrate on the nationals instead of worrying bout yb training...

IF YOU KEEP THE YOUNG BIRDS RACING FROM THE SAME PLACE, IT THEN BECOMES THE AREA THEY KNOW, AND WILL RACE FROM IT WHEN OLDER JUST LIKE HORSES FOR COURSES

SHOVE THEM IN A BASKET AND EVERY WEEK THEY ARE AT A DIFFERANT PLACE THEY LERN NOTHING , AND WHEN THEY GO BACK TO THE RACES AS YEARLINGS THEY WILL NOT BE FOLLOWING BIRDS FROM A DIFFERANT AREA , AS THEY DO JUST NOW AND GETTING THEM REPORTED IN ODD PLACES AGAIST THE WIND RACING IS DIFERANT FROM DAYS OF OLD DONT KNOW WHY BUT THEY SURE AS H ELL NO SITTING ON YOUR LOFT THE NEXT DAY WANTING IN ANY MORE :emoticon-0126-nerd:
