I thought rules had to be ratified by SHU, rather than sanctioned? Someone posted earlier (another thread I think) that this procedure is to ensure the rules are the same over all the clubs. As there is only one other National Club, which has that same rule, is this likely to be an issue / problem?

there is a lot more to the SNFC going on its own ie: breaking from the SHU, as fanciers who are members of the SNFC would still have to come under SHU for their clubs etc, so would still have to be members of SHU,  and SHU rule 2 quote: No member shall take part in any race or show unless held under the Scottish Homing Union Rules, or the Rules of a Union in membership of the Confederation of long Distance Racing Pigeon Unions of Great Britain or other bodies approved by the Union, unquote, so really any organisation will have to be a member of a Union, and I am sure this will be the same in all unions.

I Watched the darts on ITV4 last week and as a past decent player a few years ago it was the best i have seen in a long long time Why and what has darts got to do with pigeons? Well any darts player will tell you they went down the same road as our two nat clubs   one lot fell out with the other and split !! it douse`nt matter which one came out on top over the next few years  but they are back playing against each other making for great viewing, The SNFC and SNRPC are in the same boat now, they both cannot and willnot survive as a profitable concern until we get it sorted a little at a time, We want to win a nat with all of you top men in the same race because Scotland used to be the best distance racing in GB

It happened the very same in Judo and a few other sports and the members had to sort it out because if you really want to be a true Scottish Champion at anything you have to be challenged by anyone in Scotland not what side of the divide you happen to be on :-/

Have you heard the latest rumour about me on the PM-drums I was a only a brown belt and I was kicked out my club ;D ;D ;D Ouch my back hurts :'( :'( :'(

It would hurt them more than it hurt me I owned all the equipment, not that it ever happened although a few tried and failed  ;)

I finished up when I went to America to coach with 10 Scottish champions and two British Champions in my club, they all trained with the national squad so I left on a high :)

Anyone can check my credentials at Judo Scotland :)
