Guest bigda Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 it is agm sunday 14th WHY do U think that the top table R resigning because the hecklers want change, and want the same committee to stay and run it for them ;D
me Posted December 12, 2008 Report Posted December 12, 2008 it is agm sunday 14th WHY do U think that the top table R resigning Are you standing for election to help the fed?
W.D. Posted December 13, 2008 Report Posted December 13, 2008 it is agm sunday 14th WHY do U think that the top table R resigning And why do you think they are resigning????!!!!
jock3 Posted December 13, 2008 Report Posted December 13, 2008 its because of one man ,and its time for him to clear his name if he can
Guest Posted December 13, 2008 Report Posted December 13, 2008 think you"ll find that they have resigned because they have been made the scapegoats for something that should have been dealt with by the snfc. and by the way i doubt if the people concerned can be replaced as to the amount of unpaid work they put into the fed on behalf of the members.
jock3 Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 now the time to clear up this mess in n,w,fed ,this must sorted out to day
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 how can it be sorted out the person you are talking about is no longer a member of ANY organisation,?
Guest redwhiteblue Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 how can it be sorted out the person you are talking about is no longer a member of ANY organisation,? have you seen a resignation to state this
Delboy Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 how can it be sorted out the person you are talking about is no longer a member of ANY organisation,? So, what yer saying is that you can cheat and then when ye get caught all you have to do is resign from the club/fed and it wont be spoke about.Dont be ridiculous
Delboy Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 What you are saying is, if I got caught stealing from a shop and as long as I say I wont go back in that shop then nothing will happen to me.WRONG The whole of Britain is watching the outcome of this meeting today. Hope the members do the right thing?
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 if the so called evidence gathered against the person is so strong, why was nothing done by the snfc & furthermore why are the police not prepared to take any action? and as you try to make out now that this is solely a north west fed matter,if that is the case then why are outsiders trying to put pressure on its members and officials to take some action against this person when both of the above failed(snfc & police}to find substantive evidence of cheating. i dont know whether the person involved was cheating or not,and until i see conlusive prove of this then i will keep an open mind.
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 So, what yer saying is that you can cheat and then when ye get caught all you have to do is resign from the club/fed and it wont be spoke about.Dont be ridiculous the members of the north west fed dont need outsiders to tell them whay they should do.
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 yes So it's OK too turn a blind eye if it is a official that has done a lot of work for the members of this federation.
kirky Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 So, what yer saying is that you can cheat and then when ye get caught all you have to do is resign from the club/fed and it wont be spoke about.Dont be ridiculous the club, fed, or union would have no power over a none member, unless thay did so before thay accepted the resignation
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 So it's OK too turn a blind eye if it is a official that has done a lot of work for the members of this federation. i am sure the new officials and members of the north west federation will come to there own conclusions on the matter if it comes up at their agm today. and no mr rankin i am not suggesting that anyone who is caught cheating should not be dealt with, but only when conclusive evidence is provided. no one has yet answered my 2 previous questions.which were why did the snfc & police fail to take any action against the person concerned? i have said all i have to say on the subject.we will just have to wait and see what transpires from the meeting today.
Delboy Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 if the so called evidence gathered against the person is so strong, why was nothing done by the snfc & furthermore why are the police not prepared to take any action? and as you try to make out now that this is solely a north west fed matter,if that is the case then why are outsiders trying to put pressure on its members and officials to take some action against this person when both of the above failed(snfc & police}to find substantive evidence of cheating. i dont know whether the person involved was cheating or not,and until i see conlusive prove of this then i will keep an open mind. The evidence is undeniable and you have made a complete *expletive removed* of yourself thinking otherwise. The police are waiting in the wings to nail this man. There is a procedure that has to be carried out for cases like this. All they need is for the fed to act accordingly which means to see and hear the evidence and this they have failed to do ( in the last 7 months )?????? Why have the fed not wanted to see or hear the evidence???? You dont want anything getting brushed under the carpet, do you ???
Delboy Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 the club, fed, or union would have no power over a none member, unless thay did so before thay accepted the resignation You are right to a degree Kirky, but a resignation is not accepted until an AGM and therefore the fed can still take action before resignations are read out.
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 mr hay please dont swear at me,i havent resorted to throwing abusive language in your direction. still no answers to my 2 questions.
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 You are right to a degree Kirky, but a resignation is not accepted until an AGM and therefore the fed can still take action before resignations are read out. this matter is not on the agenda for the north west fed agm today, the only place it can be raised is under any other business,at the end of the meeting. as far as i am aware this persons parent club have already had a meeting and have accepted his resignation.this is the situation as i know it,however i stand to be corrected.
kirky Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 You are right to a degree Kirky, but a resignation is not accepted until an AGM and therefore the fed can still take action before resignations are read out. not under rpra rules dont no if shu rule is the same, but resignations are read out at the start of meeting before any other buisness if not then member is due to pay membership fees for the following season
Guest bigda Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 why has the nwf, not seeked guidence, from the ruling body snfc as that would be the norm dont you think.
Delboy Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 mr hay please dont swear at me,i havent resorted to throwing abusive language in your direction. still no answers to my 2 questions. Mr Billy McLaren, why the hell arent you at your meeting.Doesnt it start in a few minutes? You mentioned the SNFC and the police. The police have the evidence and are waiting, eagerly,to charge Mr X as soon as the Fed give the go ahead. The SNFC have nothing to do with this and I think you are trying to shift the blame from your Fed officials. Everybody, hopes that the right thing is done, for the sake of the pigeon fancy in Scotland.
Guest Posted December 14, 2008 Report Posted December 14, 2008 MR DEREK HAY, I DONT NEED TO ANSWER TO YOU ABOUT ANYTHING,we"ll just have to see what the outcome of the meeting is,i"m sure you"ll get a report before i do.
