All you need is 5 members paying 4 different club fees and duplicating into them all and you have a FED

correct davie its happened in the west of scotland for a few years now . 1st club 1st fed against (one club of say ) 10 members but only 5 or 6 sending ,and then advertising to sell birds off that .

Think you'll find that they are now part of a bigger organisation and another Fed. Was discussed on here at length a couple of years ago, concensus then was that it was wrong.

so if a member has 4 clubs paying his fees to the SHU, how dose he compete in open races, as SHU rule 21, /members who are affiliated to more than one fed or club may only compete in open races in the section comprising the federation or club through which they are affiliated to the union,   as they will be affiliated by 4 clubs to the union,

yes ian but only just bigger  most of the dumbarton boys are back in the glagow fed ,so that would leave  2 dumbarton lofts , 5 or 6 in kilbarchan club and 9 or 10 in greenock/dunoon  with a lot of them not racing most weeks . this is there fed . 3 clubs

HOTROD what ever way its done its up to the SHU to stop any of this happening as there is no way this should be allowed surly sending a couple of hundred birds should not be allowed  to fly as a fed and sell birds in this way STUART
