hotrod Posted February 24, 2010 Report Share Posted February 24, 2010 All you need is 5 members paying 4 different club fees and duplicating into them all and you have a FED correct davie its happened in the west of scotland for a few years now . 1st club 1st fed against (one club of say ) 10 members but only 5 or 6 sending ,and then advertising to sell birds off that .
