Blank week for us Brian, Clermont next week with the SNFC then Yb's start on the 27th. Its just no a Saturday when there's nae racecrying.gifcrying.gif

ours start tommorow Glasgow but ive none away i pair to late to catch these early races , was hoping to get a few trainers next week to start them quite a few no dropped a flight yet so will have to be patient :animatedpigeons: :animatedpigeons:

A vividly remember visiting Eddie Newcombe in when i was an 11 year old boy (1975) and his Yb's were getting basketed for training, the criteria was if they had thrown their 3rd flight they could go, otherwise they stayed at home.... So yer right tae be patient Rab.

 

Though i don't know how far they were being taken.

I made the mistake in the past and dont intend re-peating it again let them get a we bit of maturity first .

One of the clubs I'm in, Sankey Bridges have their first y/bird race tomorrow,Wollaston approx 67mls not sent myself but 330 birds gone.All the best lads,going for an early lib because of the heat.
