Does anyone know if these are these the right protocol for U.K., ets rings,EM4305 meet the ICAR standard and ISO11784/785 protocol. Any further information would be gratefully received.

My advise would be only to buy from Unikon or their agents then you know everything is o.k.

each ets system is programed to accept rings starting with a pre selective number--so the hitag s chips used for unikon must all have a number starting with c9 and bricon must be c5 etc.

if you are trying to purchase from abroad they run open clocks and arnt bothered how the chip number starts.

they carnt reprogram chips as they are numbered at first production [think that was NL]

this is what i found out when researching.

NOW-if you get someone to alter program in the clocks to make them open clocks and get your union to accept your rings then maybe you could buy 100,000 and sell them with a disk to get clock to read them--but then clock makers would put out an update to stop them working.
