All the best with him mate, and rest of your birds :-) was timed on stop clock pete when my mate use to live near me he would take them just gave him petrol money as he was his own manager he use to be on the road alot going from one place to another so he would take them other side of coventry out in the sticks,warwick,evasham for me as soon as he libberated them he would ring me when he was doing it i start my stop clock and i would stand in loft door way as soon as the first bird dropped into loft i stop the clock everytime it was that red cock some times 5 minutes before the rest that would dropp together the bird has a mind of its own wont exercise with the rest goes off on his own he's always been the same since the day brian from pigeon courier dropped him off at mine last year from the moment he started to fly on his own he always flew on his own all the rest would be grouped up he be off on his tod all the best klaus

Guest bakes Posted March 29, 2010 Report Posted March 29, 2010 Looking good Bakes Will take a picture of his sister - Which incidentally Steve took back yesterday as got fed up of him badgering for her. is she a red chequer mate like him he's one of my neighbours daughter favourite she not intersted in any other of my birds just the lad she only 6 coming 7 she calls him go reddy bless her she comes round and see him if he does well i will call him that for her she got a picture of me holding him a while back before i basketed for a toss she comes out everyday when im out in garden iver in morning or at night i hear here saying were is he when she sees him she stand on her bench in her garden with her mum holding her and watch's him she be round on the saturday of the race to see him come back hopefuly she give him a bit more look as so far he has not let me down what ive asked off him but told her alot of things can happen when raceing starts heres the pic the misses took and printed off for her of me holding him she got it framed going to have to make her a proper pic for her i will print it off on photo paper and frame it for her all the best. klaus

Guest bakes Posted March 29, 2010 Report Posted March 29, 2010 thanks mate that be great .stan was sayiny you dont live far from him , will have to nip over to meet you mate will have to sort somthink out ron mate as at moment got stack load of work with birds helping dad and mates sorting his daughter room out then got to finish off the house as need to still re plaster upstairs and do some painting but dont worry you can have a pick of ybs from any of my oldbirds what ive got left after the season not fuzzed if its from my best birds i do the same as i did with younglad i helped out said to him what ybs you like as soon as he picked basketed them up and handed him the basket some people dont like given birds away specially ybs from there best birds to flyers that are going to race in same area but ive always said i would get same enjoy if i win with my birds or if someone else wins with birds thats came out my lofts will have to sort some think out ron for shore mate when im not so busy mate all the best klaus
