greenlands Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 First time for nearly three week I've seen these eggs uncovered,sometimes both cock and hen were sitting the nest together.Looks like a silver on the left.Sire is bred off a silver hen. Lindsay.

Gave most of them away,but what they breed seem to do ok.I've had them fly well as young birds and the odd yearling,but don't forget the amount that are bred percentage wise is very small compared to other colours ,so I can't condem them. kirky Posted February 23, 2010 Report Posted February 23, 2010 silvers and yellows have no down when hatched thay come in most round in my kirkpatricks, i have a silver pied in the nest now and 2 just hatched that will be silver or yellow.
