Tony C Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Try the GEM All rounder or Breeding, these mixes are high in protein (if thats what your after) and they're a couple of quid cheaper than the Irish. I've started cutting down on numbers simply because the price of feed, its a joke what they're charging.
greenlands Posted March 4, 2013 Author Report Posted March 4, 2013 Both of them have gone up as well Tony.
geordie1234 Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Cutting down on Numbers myself purely because of the price of feeding.
Wiley Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Any grain with peas or beans would have increSed
Wiley Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 Geordie unfortunately the only way is up. In a business perspective if you own a company and your customers buy shed loads at £14.00 a bag, you aren't going to drop the price.
Guest geordiejen Posted March 4, 2013 Report Posted March 4, 2013 its like everything else, gas, lekky, petrol we have no choice to get it any cheaper.i bet if theres a bumper harvest this year the price still wont go down.look at the price of bread and thats just wheat.they've got us by the short and curlies.the days of doos on the bru are long gone.
