i don,t think you can .i think it would be a step forward if you could.

also think it would be easy to introduce .with each member getting their own private transfer number .only the owner can transfer their birds to another fancier via email using their private transfer number.then an email back from s.h.u to confirm transfer.it has got to be faster and less time consuming for both fancier and s.h.u

easy way round that you have 14 days to pay or transfer foid and lose right to transfer birds by email
