Scottish Show Racer Society (East Region )

The second show was held in the Hill of Beath Ex Servicemens club on Sunday 2nd December 2012

The judges for the day was Matt Frew and his dad Willie Frew from Kirkcaldy Fife

 

The best in show was for the second show running was won by John & Alice Bell with a Dark Cheq yearling hen that was a double winner on the day winning both the old hens classes .

It was in fact a tie for the Best in Show with a young hen Mosaiq owned by Fitzpatrick &Fleming that won runner up and BestYoung Bird on the fact the old hen had higher positions in the points for best in show .

John &Alice Bell won four firsts ,with Fitzpatrick & Fleming winning three and Wallace & Ferguson with one .

1st Fitzpatrick & Fleming -Red Cheq yearling -also first at earlier show and last years most consistent pigeon and the society bird for Blackpool.

The championship points total remains close with J & A Bell leading on 94 pts with Fitzpatrick & Fleming on 89 ,with Fitzpatrick & Fleming leading the Young Bird Points 49 pts to J & A Bell on 39 pts

The only member with a full four bird team is Charlie Miller Blackburn last years winner of this competition .
