im sure the rpra were offering 2013 rings for sale now in the bhw.

rings out on the 5th jan would still go on ybs bred end of december, ive rung ybs at 7 days old.

Rings are being offered now by the RPRA but will be dispatched on or after the 20th Dec.

Have seen young birds at Blackpool which must have been rung in December. SHU rings not supposed to be issued to members before 4th or 5th I think. Always thought RPRA were posted out to arrive on 2nd Jan but I think studs or others "in the know" nust be able to get them earlier JMO
