Guest bigda Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Cmon Big fella, what do you think then.Ye are keeping very quiet this year lol he cant put it up yet as, he flys east with the nat, and send trainers east
Guest Gareth Rankin Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Cmon Big fella, what do you think then.Ye are keeping very quiet this year lolDerek I'm a middle the road kinda guy, ill fly any direction, but anywhere west of the pennines is without doubt the best for flying into Lanarkshire. I know of one or two fanciers who are voting to go back to the east of the pennines because they can take advantage of its brick wall and capitalize on the favorable breaking point for there pigeons flying to their loft location within the fed.

Your a middle of the west road man you mean lol.Aye, its terrible the selfishness in the sport.Nobody does things for the benefit of the pigeons anymore, its all about getting a penalty kick.
OLDYELLOW Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Reed is a terrible place to liberate and wanstead not much better
gulkie Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Your a middle of the west road man you mean lol.Aye, its terrible the selfishness in the sport.Nobody does things for the benefit of the pigeons anymore, its all about getting a penalty kick.Surly your not saying that sending the birds down the east Route is thinking about the birds after the season they haveHad not that I thought the west was any better
Delboy Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 Surly your not saying that sending the birds down the east Route is thinking about the birds after the season they haveHad not that I thought the west was any better What I think cant be printed without me getting jailed Wullie lol.No one has listened or taken advice from the guys that have flown both routes with different feds.I stood up at the Midland fed AGMs every year and said they should start east and then go west because of the unbelievable disasters they had year in year out flying from the west route( up to 150 miles ). Its all about the best race points for the birds, not whos getting the drop.Get the majority of the convoy home early doors.Nobody remembers who wins the first 6 races anyway so lets get the doos home so they can compete at the business end of the season.jmo which is unbias and for the pigeons benefit.
ALF Posted October 6, 2012 Report Posted October 6, 2012 This is the 1st year i will go to the race meeting with an open mind and not too bothered what happens as i will suit myself as to were my pigeons go as usual
