i used it when my ybs were not well i didn't notice any diffrence

mix vinegar and bicarb it gives gas, get a small plastic tube, the old camera film ones are good, put some bicarb in it then a few drops of vinegar, quickly put the top on and see it fly upward,

if i remember they use to use it for sour crop along with charcoal as a sweeting agent

the only thing on the old hand going light tube is contains sodium sesquicarbonate which could be much the same

My old man used it on Thursdays if the birds weren't racing the sky,mixed with epsom salts,don't be too heavy with the spoon,like a lot of things a little is enough,some tonics had poison in them but in the correct dose ??

if you ever end up with a urine infection and feel like ur p i ss ing razor blades and all you want to do is pass water ---then bicarb is the magic potion as far as the birds i use it in the bath water on sunday i think it helps clean the dead skin off .

b o soda raises the ph in the water and stops anything growing in the drinkers.i dont use it but it could be useful in some aspects.
