Yesterday my youngest son and his pal picked up this pigeon when out playing.

He was in a sorry state, in fact I was surprised it was still living.

They sorted out some feeding and water for him, but unfortunately when I checked on him this morning he had passed away. My son had already arranged to feed and water him before he went to school in the morning, so you can imagine the disappointment on his face when I broke the news.

I would just like to notify the owner of its whereabouts as he looked like he could be a favourite.

The strange thing about it, he didnt have a rubber ring on or an ETS ring.

Where ever he has been he was certainly flown done.

Colin,

Thanks for the info, The red cock escaped from my stock loft about 2 weeks ago.

The cock was purchased by me as a late bred in 2008 ( charity sale ) bred by D.Hay.

Thanks again,

Barry.

Hi Barry,

No problem at all.

He certainly looked like he was a fine looking stock cock.

Think my youngest liked him because of the colour, better than my boring Blue's he said.

Alb,

Colin.
