Guest Vic Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 Knowing, that most of you guys , are football fanciers too.......... Here goes! After many years, following my beloved EVERTON all over the country, in the then 1st divisiion, before the big money boys took over. Many have asked where my alliance now stands. Merseyside! and I will say no more. I would rather see the cream represent this great city at all crucial games, be it the blues or reds. I have never forgot the Manure abusing these great merseyside stadiums, when they (the Manx) were down in the doldrums. OK since the big money they have prospered, So What? Chelsea have done more with their money in half the time. I was at Goodison Park with my two young grand kids the other night at the Arsenal game, sitting in the upper stand of the Bullens road, where I shed more tears , thinking of many of my family and freinds who are no longer with us. Life is sad, as we go forward, but we can't turn back, That's for sure. Tip for tonight? 3-1 the reds.

No matter which corner we turn in life there is always something that will trigger the memory of bygone days and loved ones, be it family or friend. I'm sure those who you remembered the other night would be proud of you, that they were remembered and will never be forgotten. ;) Good on you, and never be ashamed to shed a tear.

DeDarren Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 ps Vic liverpool have spent some amount of money and still can not win the tittle it is red bound MAN UTD Cheers Alan Nowhere near as much as Manure! The average price of a Manure squad player is in the region of £18 million, the 'better' players fetching in the region of £30 million. You's even took a £14 million loss on Veron after just one season, a player that cost you £28 million! Thank God Chelski came bailing you out eh?! ;D Our spending and subsequent waste of cash is not in the same bracket mate, not by a long chalk! ;D
Guest joshdonlan Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 couldnt care less about it lol Man United for me
walterbmasson Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 everton to make it a blue day for the REDS by set piece CAHILL HEADER 8) 8) 8)

BLACK W F Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 reds paid spurs 7-8 million for a lend of keane for 6 months laugh that one off Vic Liverpool live in the past there are MAN UTD then the rest also rans lol cheers Alan
Guest strapper Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 actual payment to spurs was 18.6 million....not 20 as some thought. spurs have bought him back for £12 million upfront with a further 3 million if they survive the drop with a possible 5 million in future clauses. now id say liverpool have a good deal there!!... there were no end of rumours about how much this and that but they were all wide of the mark. rafa has stated that liverpool aim to lose 3 million if spurs drop.
jimmy white Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 no nothing about football ;D ;D ;D but guess the score would be 2 -1 to the red cheqs ;D ;D ;D
BLACK W F Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 strapper you seem to be sure on the figures may be your his right hand man but he still took a loss another crap signing oh i forgot if he had been spanish he might have gotten half a chance but thats his style all over and thats why they will never win the league with Raffa in charge if the guy who is the manager of Everton had spent what liverpool spent they would have won the league he has done a terific with limited funds up the toffees lol cheers Alan

DeDarren Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 if the guy who is the manager of Everton had spent what liverpool spent they would have won the league he has done a terific with limited funds up the toffees lol cheers Alan Don't kid yourself on Alan, about 3 seasons ago, David Moyes bought THE WRONG PLAYER FOR 5 MILLION SNOTS!!! (the equivalent of a £20-£25 million signing for Manure) The player was Per Koldrup and he was unceremoniously kicked out the Goodison Park back door just as quickly as he had arrived once Moyes' scouting staff pointed out that he had made a very 'SMALL' transfer mistake! Moyes will forever remain a LEG-END on Merseyside for that alone!!!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
sapper756 Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 Would like to see Everton win 2night and have a little bit of success
