I had a bird a lot of years ago with the same,or should I say similar.I cut a slit with a one sided razor blade and out popped something like a small hazel nut, never stitched it and it was OK.

Don't know what it was ??

It sure is odd it's above the left eye looks like its got a hill on head bit scared cut that as prob near or above brain I think

The growth will be outside of the scull mate,no chance of hitting the brain. Is there any other option.?
