frank-123 Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 I was contacted by a non fancier in kirkcaldy today to say they had a stray in there garden for a week but were unable to catch the bird. and were looking for help in trying to catch it I gave them some advice and ask if they knew a local fancier that might be able to help them lo and behold the local fancier was most unhelpful and could not care less. No wonder the public are not on our side don't know who the guy was but let me say your a disgrace to our sport I have given them The Fifers (Archie) telephone number as i know he is a gentleman

Roland Posted May 6, 2012 Report Posted May 6, 2012 Probably well peeved off now.Yes I go to many throughout the season, not excluding a vet asking what was up with it, and was it ill lol. Some worried because it has been on their roof some days etc. Don't mind at all ... but do, and inded will get really P$ ssed of when other fanciers - often nearer give them my number, or ask me too sort it. That leaves one in a delemia as to go or not, as bottom ends means if I don't go.... then no body will!
