showman Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 Just as a matter of interest....could any of you , outside of N.I., let me know how much you pay for a dog license ? It would appear we here in N.I. are going to have to pay £50.00 per dog as and from June next year, and all dogs to be chipped at £30.00 a throw ...........current license is £5.00....chipping not compulsary. Me got 3 dogs......all rescued from Council pound !
Guest 67ghirl Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 No license required in Scotland, I'm sure it's the same in Wales and England. Only if you have a dog on the 'Dangerous Dog' list I think has to be registered.
Guest Grasshopper Lofts Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 do u mean to keep a dog as a pet you need a licence

showman Posted October 7, 2009 Author Report Posted October 7, 2009 Hi pigeon82 I'd say what did happen is you should have paid £5.00 for your license, and maybe, as is the system down here in Craigavon, they chipped the dog for nothing !! Paul
