East Winds "Haze"

Whenever there is a Light East wind, there always seems to be a very heavy haze with it. It seems to restrict the visibility considerably.

The temperature is up to 17 degrees and the sun is trying to break through the haze but it lasts all day. The question is -

is it ok to train latebreds or yearlings in these conditions......?

Thats the trouble Tooshy it ain't cold. Its 17 degrees which is plenty warm enough. Its also sunny with clear skies when you look up but if you look across to the horizon its as hazy as anything.

Is it this haze that makes it difficult for the birds?

I dont like training in east winds period, haze or no haze. As the rhyme goes 'When the winds in the East...............

east winds gives em brain freeze no use to man nor beast

its forecast for tommorow too, wait a couple of days for better conditions, you will do more harm than good, just be patient .
