Cracking morning it was this morning in Cupar Fife. What I did notice was how dry the ground was compared to Blantyre.

 

 

my daughter drove up to anstruther 2 weeks back with me and the mrs as we had a caravan up there for years . It was bone dry and lovelly day although it was pissin down when we left hear and the same when we came back at tea time . It very seldom had rain up there in all the years we went up seems to mis the wet weather pattern . Here just now its like a swamp and big sections of the banking and fencing round the garden have been colapsing and sliding into the burn at the back of the lofts ..

funny how on an overcaste day the opposite side looks close .

 

used to see the cars going down the road from anstruther on a day like that but on a sunny day it looked really far off at times

Any you Fifers looking for a good meal try the refurbished Clayton Caravan park restaurant the food was outstanding.
