THE FIFER Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 see a press release to the above, where all unions of great Britain and Ireland had a meeting in Blackpool on 21st October, and it looks like we are going somewhere now with the Raptor problem we fanciers are having, and the Unions are quote, "fully united, dedicated and committed to seeing this fight through" un quote, so hopefully at last we have power behind our fight to save the sport, :emoticon-0137-clapping:
gulkie Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 we live in hope well done all concerned :emoticon-0137-clapping:

OLDYELLOW Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 Raptor Alliance sounds more like a Pro bop group rather than a anti bop group
THE FIFER Posted November 5, 2011 Author Report Posted November 5, 2011 think its the right way having a big strong group fighting the cause, small groups here and there are no good, lets hope we get somewhere,
Guest bluemorning Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 i think its their job to do so,may need a slight alteration of race points.
Guest Tooshy Boy Posted November 5, 2011 Report Posted November 5, 2011 i think its their job to do so,may need a slight alteration of race points. LEAVE RACE POINTS ALONE. :emoticon-0123-ticon-

Kyleakin Lofts Posted November 6, 2011 Report Posted November 6, 2011 About time the Unions got their act together.Glad they have for this one.
Guest bluemorning Posted November 6, 2011 Report Posted November 6, 2011 LEAVE RACE POINTS ALONE. :emoticon-0123-ticon- if it would save birds flying slightly east or west to try and avoid percy hot spots would it not be better.
yeboah Posted November 6, 2011 Report Posted November 6, 2011 Linda and staff at the Scottish homing union fought a thankless battle for years trying to make headway, biggest problem was just when they got to no a particular politician and thought they were going places he or she would be moved on to another posting and they had to start afresh with the newcomer ,It took the rspb 10 years to get full protection grade (A) European law into place for the peregrine falcon ,so good luck to all, hope they are in for the long haul as things regarding removal of protection ain't going to change overnight .
Ian McKay Posted November 6, 2011 Report Posted November 6, 2011 regarding removal of protection ain't going to change The unions don't have the clout or cash to fight it The RSPB are multi millionares and have the clout
Guest Tooshy Boy Posted November 6, 2011 Report Posted November 6, 2011 IT WILL TAKE TIME TO GET THINGS FIXED OUT UNTILL THEN JUST KEEP DONKEN THEM.///
victorious Posted November 6, 2011 Report Posted November 6, 2011 probably to little to late it will never change just so sad.
