Guest IB Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 Found out recently what I knew as chickweed was actually yarrow. Was told years ago it was good for birds, know I had a 'garden' full of it, and birds ate the flower. Any pics of the plant? Stuff I have growing has feathery leaves on a straight stem, lots of little ball-like yellow/orange heads.
Guest Owen Posted October 7, 2011 Report Posted October 7, 2011 I feed chickweed, comfrey and dandelions to my chickens every day.
