after the end of racing and once the accounts are settled

i think you only need to give 2 weeks notice to call a club agm

unless the dates set at an agm,

then you would need to call a club meeting about it

and it can only be overturned by a 2/3 rds majority of all members present

not sure if its called an agm ( anual general meeting ) yearly

i thought it was called an ( extraordinary general meeting )

of which you may call any amount during a season

 

could be wrong though
