This site is turning into a site for fish wives. This is not the first pathetic go at what seems like a genuine fancier trying to sell his hard working pigeons. Why is this allowed to continue. i read an argument for over 40 posts the other day between 2 'fanciers'. having just returned to the sport it makes me wonder what sort of fanciers are out there!!!!!

Please lets start using the site for sharing ideas and having a bit of a crack.

Cheers guys.

To be honest though, comments like the previous ones are like 'water of a ducks back' to me........too thick skinned to bother about. :egyptian:

Needless to say you never seem to get their real name, or better than that, their own performances. :P

All the best,

Colin.

being a friend of Colin's for a few year, he is totally dedicated... put a dedicated fancier any where in the UK and they will still win races! but i suppose when they start to win out of turn this then becomes the best location eh! :P:P

Loft location plays a pretty big part in fed racing especially under 200miles but the best fliers regardless of their location good or bad always shine through.

Colin seems to be one of these fliers and a lot of people have a lot of good things to say about him and birds they have recieved from him.One thing I noticed very early when starting up the pigeons was that some people enjoy bringing down the likes of your McNeills,Tam Blairs and Macaloneys etc etc."Hes a mob flier"He sits in the best postion" and so it goes on.Truth of the matter is a lot of these people could stay next door to these guys and would still be getting it handed to them every week.Obviously these guys have good systems, good doos and are very knowledgable but its fairly obvious why they do so well. The word dedication was mentioned in another post. They put more into their doos than the guys who criticse them hence the reason they get more out :emoticon-0136-giggle:

Good birds, good management, dedication, and motivation all help. Loft location is one of many factors. Its usually the first one that many people complain about when not winning themselves!! I bought a pair off Colin last year and am pleased with them and they cost more than £40. One of them had a slight graze and he even offered to change it but I was happy with it and still am. Colin has good results and would hold his own against the best. GaryT and Millie.
