I have a baby pigeon about 2 weeks old.

I noticed it was very small and not really growing.

I just had a look at it and its crop is bulging full of whole corn.

Is there anything I can do?

I think the fact that the parents are feeding it - and feeding it well - shows there is nothing physically wrong with the youngster. It's difficult to describe how they grow, not by same amount every day, but in 'spurts' one day they look small, next time you check they've come on some. :)

Two weeks since hatching? Still small? If in doubt bin!

It,s not just what goes into a bird that needs to be considered, what comes out the other end, is a good indication of the health of a youngsterhttp://forum.pigeonbasics.org/public/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif
