PIGEON_MAN Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 Does anyone use the above security product on their computer.I purchased this the other day with a new Laptop,seems to be o.k. on there but also loaded it on my home computer and had nothing but problems,just wondering if anyone else as had trouble.
THE FIFER Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 i had the AVG on my laptop but was getting problems with my laptop scrolling all the time had it fixed a few times but always came back when the avg updated so i took it off and have had no problem as yet, i use the virgin PC GUARD, had it on my pc for ages cant at the moment get it on my laptop as its window vista and not compatible at the moment but will be soon,
Guest Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 I have problems with Norten all the time,can't believe I paid extra for it!!,some days it is never off the screen,can't seem to do anything without it popping up,scanning this,checking that,can't even down load screen savers cos it blocks everything,sick to death of it!!

Webmaster Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 Havent had a copy of Norton myself to check out, but I've heard nothing but bad things about it. Personally I have AVG antivirus and ZoneAlarm firewall which do the trick nicely and are free to download - just go to Google and search for 'AVG Free' or 'ZoneAlarm Free'. Also remember to keep your pc up-to-date with the Windows Updates http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
