Guest Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 Your right the site is not a democracy but like I have said previously it needs good management to work to it's full potential :-/ And thats the concern of management. The webmaster will be the sole decider of what's full potential, it's his site. We are guests on it and not one of us has any right to tell him what full potential is, none of us know what he wants out of running the site and its none of our business. If you are that concerned and you don't like how it's being run why stay??? I don't get it.

Never a truer word spoken but by allowing this thread to run I'm sure Richard is picking up ideas and also letting people aire their views which is what its all about. I know if it was my site I would be all ears as if the majority voted with their feet then the site is in trouble.

We are not just merely guests we are signed up members who contribute in various ways to the forum which has many parts to it :-/ I joined the forum solely to learn about pigeons and quickly got involved in the banter that existed at that time as I really enjoyed that part of it. I have also learned a great deal of things both on and off the site since joining and I have tried my best to help anyone that I can by giving back what I can, also my experiences on and off the site in all aspects that I feel confident to have an opinion on and I have formed some great friendships both on and off the site. That is why I stay :-/ Why do you or anyone else stay?

Duncan from a personal point of view I enjoy your posts and I'm damn glad you stay, and your views and everyone elses make up the forum; but your view that you should be able to decide how this forum reaches its full potential is flawed. I have no doubt Richard is very interested in your view but it is his site for him to decide which way he wants it run
