deb Posted February 11, 2011 Author Report Posted February 11, 2011 The new site looks alot better.As it shows wheather an item is in stock.I think the problem is there delivery system.I put in a large order in November 2009 and paied for a 24 hour delivery.I rang a week later,and the lady I spoke to said I should have read the print more carefully.As it state that it is 24 hours from when it leaves the warehouse.After another week I rang,and was told that my order still had not left because they had been unable to complete it.In the order I had ordered blue and red clip rings.But red were out of stock,so rather than send the order,they were waiting for new stock to arive. Leroy Posted February 12, 2011 Report Posted February 12, 2011 Despite many weeks waiting for paperwork then a refund, I sent them an email yesterday about my refund. They responded this morning apologising and confirming that the refund has been done. The result is right just the way it happened was very frustrating. If you are to use this company, the only advice i can give is make sure the items are in stock before you pay, and if something goes wrong, keep on top of them! Lee

It's really nice, that they start taking back the money of the customers. Just keep follow up your money, for sure they will have it back like what they did it to me.

I find it amazing how a lot of these crap firms like to blame the Customers or their Suppliers. Funny how it never seems to be their fault. They forget that they are some one's Customer and like to be treated properly with value for money and prompt courteous service. I hope they will learn some lessons from their experiences with this Company.

I got exactly what I ordered quicker than I expected and the goods were spot on. Perhaps Boddy and Ridewood should go and ask these people for some advise on customer relations.
