i bred some late breds this year which hatched in august.Will they breed next year or will they be to young.

Some will breed, they will tell you, I've raced young birds to eggs so no reason why not

I'd pair them up April time and If possible pair them in a section on their own, they'll cause chaos if put in with your stock birds.

Depends on how soon the birds mature, some strains mature quicker than others and will therefore pair up sooner. You need keep an eye on those that do pair-up and hatch yb tho as rearing takes it out of them, they are still young themselves.
