Bus Drove into my mums car

A bus driver today has crashed his double decker bus in to the back of my mums car, he is trying to blame my mum by saying she stopped in the road when in fact he was going to fast (for the area) and she was turning left on to another road, why are there some out there that would rather save their job, than tell the truth!!

dosnt matter wether its your mums fault or not once your hit from behind its the person fault that went up the back of the car so mr bus driver might be losing his job and he also has no leg to stand on

yer thats the way insurance companys see it o joys of working on cars and knowning all this rubbish unless you have witness that were there to talk on your behalf that are not related you get stuffed

my old girl recently got hit by a bus also, it was a hit and run, so my old mum couldnt even get the registration, however the bus company checked there cctv cameras and have accepted full liability, get them to check there cameras ben it might help?

same with me mate a car over took me then broke straight infront of me(was a set up am sure) and i couldnt stop, i was willing to go to court and police didnt want to know so i got the blame,

1 thing i have learned is always stay further back so i got time to stop and always back off
