If you decide to put on the clear corrugated type sheets put chicken wire underneath to stop small birds getting in your aviary.

when i had an aviary i managed to get that flat, double  thickness stuff, they used on consevatories , from a mate who did this work [thats why they were large cuttings ;D 8 by 4  ;D], i covering  the whole roof, with a large overhang,, and half the sides back and front, a concrete floor with a run on it,  into a drain  , this enabled me to put the bath in , then when emptying it , brushed it all out with virkon s ,,,,, but hated keeping birds prisoners , so finished off letting them out :)

why stop smal birds ?

They’ll transmit disease’s via the drinker and bring mite into the loft.

From past experience small birds got in my loft and used the fountains for bathing, passing any diseases on

Clear plastic. Birds will always know quicker, and reinforce just where they are. Makes that all homing, I believe, a tad quicker for them too. Will steal a march when Libertaed.
