Daisymay Posted September 7, 2010 Report Posted September 7, 2010 Superb season and 35/44 youngsters left.
peterpau Posted September 7, 2010 Report Posted September 7, 2010 Our first two races were cancelled by the club sec our next two were dissasters. So racing brought to a premature end.Don't think I've had it so bad for years. Not the birds fault. So why do I want to carry on.

tyson Posted September 7, 2010 Report Posted September 7, 2010 I think the worst race we had was from hexam that was the day when most of the the scottish feds took a bit of a thump for what reason we will probably never know
dal2 Posted September 7, 2010 Report Posted September 7, 2010 lost just as many last year with trainingbut better results with little training In most years gone bye we have trained like athletes 3 tosses from 10 miles, 3 from 15 so on and so on puttin lots o work in and lots o petrol in the car. This year got really involved in gettin the old birds in good nick for the channel and took the eye off the ball a wee bit. Had 1x 10 miles 1x 15 miles 1x 20 miles 1x 25 miles and then straight into fed baskets for first race 50 miles. Had a great race with them all home quickly. Still got a thumpin the weekend everybody did but I will no be puttin so much petrol in next year.
