Sorry Walter I thought I said it wusnae worth worry aboot?. I thought if youve no joined by the first of whatever then yer no a memeber!. i quite understand wot yer sayin but I am a bit anxious as to its relativity in these years of strugle for the fancy.

I listen tae a lot o memebers and take it all on board.

NO IAN ITS NOT THAT AT ALL SURLY IN THIS DAY IN AGE with the decline in members this is putting a lot o nails in the coffin o SNFC MEMBERS ONCE THEY LEAVE THATS IT NO COMING BACK for what not writing a letter surly it states in rule 4 that if fees are not payed by 1st april year book and race sheets will not be sent now to me that is end o story i am no longer a member o the club define it any way you want there telling you in the rule there not sending any race sheets with out race sheets you cant send birds ;)

dal2 its just a stupid way of getting fanciers to stop the snfc you cant afford to loose any members and its not that there bad paying there dues why can you have to rules 1 if not joined by 1st o april no race sheets or rule book will be sent then another you must write a letter when really there both the same

i can garuntee that if you want to join the snfc after 1st april you can

you dont half talk rubbish. there is no sine die that went out years ago. its quite simple if you dont resign by agm and then dont pay fees you will be debt suspended same as any other club. suspension wont take effect until approved by shu which would be at october meeting so who is stopping anyone from racing. once fees are paid suspension is lifted

Your no doin yersel any favours way this thread if you have any aspirations to be race controller. Every rule is there for good reason, not to be difficult with members who no longer want to race in the club.

Fact is every member signs up to the rules when they join the club, and it takes 2 mins to write a note to say you resign, whats the big deal??

There are MANY fanciers no paid up (£25) by the 1st of April and unless the Secretary develops ESP then he wouldn't know how many members in the club for the season ahead, what do you want to happen, everybody no paid by April 1st to be excluded for that season??

Or sit about waiting for it to come up their Humph to let everybody know what they're gonna do??

I can also inform you Andrew Garven is a fair secretary when it come to unpaid fees as I have found with members from your (North)Fed and mine he has always accepted info I have given him in relation to unpaid fees

SNFC AGM Janurary debt suspensions in place before October I can guarantee as I have had to deal with some up here

john i like every member of SNFC JOIN IN PLENTY OF TIME EVERY YEAR but if YOU HAVENT GOT ENOUGH BIRDS FROM A BAD YEAR BEFORE WHY SHOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN GOINING WHEN YOU HAVE LOST MOST OF YOUR BIRDS HAVE A HEART WHAT YOUR TRYING TO SAY TO ME IS A MEMBER MUST PAY£31 FOR NOT WRITING A LETTER HE WAS NOT RACING FOR A YEAR TILL HE BUILT UP HIS TEAM OF BIRDS WHEN THEY ALREADY KNEW HE WASENT JOINING AS NO INFO WAS SENT OUT WHAT I AM SAYING IS HES DONE NO WRONG IN WHAT HES DONE AND A LOT OF MEMBERS IN SAME MIND CHEERS
