The two tone colouring under the wings suggests a Common Buzzard, but their wingtip feathers usually look more "finger" like (but cant really see).

yes Mick we have the Buzzards here,but as you say the with the finger tipped wings,

think everyone can identify a buzzard thats maybe why fifers asking he obviously doesn't think so

 

 

Well i'd be pretty sure that is a buzzard!!

Looks like a Buzzard to me ,there are several knocking about this area.When you get a bit closer to them tey have a lot of light coloured feathering under their wings.
