The two tone colouring under the wings suggests a Common Buzzard, but their wingtip feathers usually look more "finger" like (but cant really see).

think everyone can identify a buzzard thats maybe why fifers asking he obviously doesn't think so

Definitely the Buzzard, don't do a bit of harm to doos. Carrion eaters.

cheers was just curious,it was very high,but can get a better look now with the zoom in, it was the wings which had me thinking,

Looks like a Buzzard to me ,there are several knocking about this area.When you get a bit closer to them tey have a lot of light coloured feathering under their wings.

to me it looks more like a harris hawk they have been clearing out doos a the

aberhill bus garage with them

Buzzard to me was 6 in the sky over my loft yesterday
