GB 10 V 12207 ets rung and surprise surprise no wingstamp anyone any idea of the owner so i can get the poor thing back to them

got one in yesterday robbie gbl no wing stamp.

thanks for the reply but am not very good with the computers and dont know how to send a email . this is not a gripe at you but is it not a rpra rule that all youngsters are wingstamped i think something should be done to fanceirs who dont wingstamp their doos . eg a £5 fine or something like that for breaking the rules .

put it in the stray basket in the transporter gary thats what i am going to do . if the fanceir cant be bothered to windstamp his doos i cant be bothered to report it .
