firstly are they vaccinated? secondly have you been giving them grits and minerals?

I suspect something like PMV or para so they need to be tested, but on the other hand could be lacking something

excessive drinking?.....there are several reasons for watery droppings as you have described,paramyxovirus/e coli/a large problem with cocci or even hexamita.

i would take some droppins for analysis to a pigeon vet!...know for sure!

i have put plenty of grit in for them and then also put in minerals. The droppings are by no means perfect but better than they were. Will have a look how they are tomorrow. I have vaccinated all my stock birds for PMV so hope it is not this.

Makes no odds if you have vaccinated or not, it seems. The oil based vaccines are the best as I have had PMV after using Colombovac ( water based ) no problem with oil based Nobivac.

It is a mild case of PMV. Do not take the water away this will dehydrate them more. You need to blow torch your floor and boxes every night to avoid cross infections. Vaccinate and give them electrolytes put on depuritive for 3 days and them change to beans peas and tares. It may take up to two weeks before it is completly gone. Eamon
