Great idea that any chance you can put the list on here so anybody that needs it can print it off,or is there a site I can print it from.

I would strongly advise anyone that has a prefix other than an SU to clearly wing stamp them which would enable me to process them properly or they won't have much chance of getting them back.

Hi robbiedoo, Thanks mate , Yes it was me and you are correct they must be wing stamped. I know mistakes do get made but we try our best to get it right. The important thing regarding other prefixes from our SU is to have some ID . Can assure you apart from SU ALL prefixes are CHECKED BY MYSELF TO SEE IF THERE ANYTHING TO GO ON TO ENABLE IT TO GO IN THE RIGHT BASKET

If you have a phone number, clip ring or anything else it will be picked up and put into the correct Fed basket. If you put a phone number on it as well I will give you a call and let you know it is coming. . I also keep a list of ALL ring numbers that come in, out with our SU numbers so if you have lost any just give me a call and will let you know if it is in my possession. I will also post these numbers on the site on a Saturday sometime when I get a minute. For anyone not got my number it is 07961441470.

For the information of anyone contemplating training young birds back up into Lanarkskire along the route of the M74. Please be aware that the area just to the South of Moffat is subject to regular patrols by a pair of Peregrine Falcons.I have lost birds already this week.

Whether it be coincidence or not but until last year till I moved offices from Hamilton into Glasgow I always trained my old and young from Abington Services and liberated between 7.05 - 7.15am every morning that the weather would allow me and that was normally 4/5 days from 7 and never ever had a problem so wondered if the timing was just right or was it just luck as had been already informed from friends that there was a problem in that area as they were going between 9 - 11am and getting done in.

Well done anyway Walter
