I,ve learned from the Eastbourne result, that i made 250th open, 94th region, 32nd fed(est),14th west fife section(est)and 4th club. I am absolutely delighted to have achieved my very first diploma since i started racing pigeons. HOWEVER......i sent eleven and only got one home. I am saddened to be only left with 3 old birds from this season, especially as i,m trying to build up a team. Hindsight would say that i maybe should have stopped some here and there to give me numbers for next year. But i set out my stall and now paying for it. Lesson learned. I,m still smiling though having achieved my first diploma, and the building continues. well done to all who made the result.

well done mate make the most of getting a fine result against the whole of scotland.i know the losses will put a dampener on it for you but make the most of it and worry about the birds in the loft and some might still turn up

as for building up a team i am in the same position i stopped all my yearlings at 270 miles will it guarantee me winners as two year olds ????
