sapper756 Posted June 13, 2010 Report Posted June 13, 2010 Action & Indications: * Sulphadimidine is highly effective against a wide range of bacterial, protozoal and certain rickettsial organisms. It is particularly used in cases of Septicemia, Pneumonia, and diseases caused by Salmonella, Pasteurella and coliform organisms.* Sulphadimidine is used for oral treatment of gastrointestinal infections, respiratory infections, Fowl Cholera and Coccidiosis in poultry, turkey and rabbits. are you sure it is not Sulphadimidine?
greenlands Posted June 13, 2010 Report Posted June 13, 2010 Don't forget to treat again. Curative: 2gm / liter of drinking water for 3-5 days followed by 2 days then the treatment resumed for 2 days again. * Prophylactic dose half treatment dose.Lindsay
