Guest TAMMY_1 Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 hi got one to come from otterburn 85 miles great race took 1hr 41 mins for me YOU ONLY SENT TWO!!!!!!
Guest TAMMY_1 Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 I THINK WITH THE PEOPLE I HAVE SPOKEN TO THIS HAS TO HAVE BEEN THE BEST YOUNG BIRD RACE THAT LANARKSHIRE HAS HAD FOR YEARS WITH NEARLY ALL THE BIRDS HOME CLOSE TOGETHER AND I THINK THIS MUST HAVE SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE BIRDS BEING LIBERATED EARLIER BECAUSE THATS THREE RACES WITH EARLY LIBS AND THREE RACES WITH GREAT RETURNS WHICH WE DO NOT USUALLY GET WITH LANARKSHIRE
celtic Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 19 out of 20 back, two gift birds from greengrass 2nd and 3rd back for me.

mark163 Posted July 29, 2006 Report Posted July 29, 2006 hi ace what time did you go up at surrey fed at blandford we went up at 8.30
GREENGRASS Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 WELL DONE CELTIC. All the hard work and the good trainning must be paying off for you and you know you are more than welcome to come and pick some more for next year. Keep up the good work Darryn.
celtic Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 Thanks Karl, I was only beaten a couple of minutes in the club, so hopefully the training etc is starting to come together, the two birds were 67106 and 67107. Thanks doc white also for the advice .
Guest Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 CLOCKMAN "alot of birds missing here, glad i never sent any" It must be great to be clever after the race.... not one of your better coments. never noticed this-----i never sent after a bad toss last sunday got 18 out of 35,and took 3 days for that,i thought the birds needed a rest so i was clever b4 the race just like another 2 members in my club one got 9 back out of 84,the other 22 out of 44,so they never went to the race no point in sending them if they are not up for the job
NANCYVIEWLOFTS Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 we raced from cheltenham up at 7 45 finished 3rd 19 out of 20 in good time all members in club had virtually 100%RETURNS

Guest jason Posted July 30, 2006 Report Posted July 30, 2006 I believe Brian Fisher of Todmorden has a good one from the Nfc saintes race somewhere around 6.00pm but I'm not sure. I sent 9 to Penkridge got all 9 back, just late so didn't time in.! jason
