felt old bird season,was one of the worsts ive eva had,the young bird season was very succesful howeva and was very pleased with the results,but next season the old birds will get treated entirely a different way,just working out what im gunna do is be the question,

just flew ybs this year so looking forward to next year just a we worry the ybs never got the distance under there belt due to the short races we had in lanarkshire just need to see  how they turn out as yearlings and maybe a few first would be nice

We always set out to try and equal the performances of the year before, in 2005 we won 6 x 1sts and in 2006 we won 8 x 1sts, we topped the fed in 2005 and we topped it again in 2006, so I wouls say we had a good season. As I said at the beginning we will have to try and match that next season.

i had a goal at the start of the season which was to win x3 1st feds but ending up winning 2x1st feds x1 2nd fed x1 3rd fed and on and on.

so pritty pleased.

i started late and finnished 2nd o/bird averages.....last 3 yrs ive been o/bird averages winner....then i had probs with youngsters and decided to get rid of all my pigeons   stock/young and o/bird..even this years fed/club scorers.

so its starting all over again for me....but im well pleased with the past few seasons flying against national opposition, with mediocre birds and winning with them!

ive had a help off one certain flyer starting up again  who comes onto this forum...and im very grateful for his help....if i fly and win in the future half of wot he has done ...then id be very happy.

Good season for me, culminating in me winning the SMT Combine. Which believe it or not was what I told my club mates I wanted to achieve this year with all this will we wont we fly the channel business.

Next years plan is Palamos with the BBC and Pau with the NFC and LSECC, if we get back to normal!!!!! Don't want much do I.  ;D ;D ;D

Good season for us racing in 8 old bird races winning 7x 1st clubs and 2nd in the other race 5x1st feds also winning 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 7th 8th BICC Wadebridge,,, young birds sent to 5 club races winning 4x1st club and winning 3x1st feds but will look to improve on nxt yrs performances.
