sorry to hear that debbie, who knows it maybe has went back to the previous owner,, just out of interest you can buy clip on ,address rings , from boddy and rydewood pigeon suppliers, might be handy for future ref, still their amazing things sometimes ,it may return yet,, hope so as you really seemed attached to them , im sure there are many on the forum that would give you some babies shortly , these ybs would stay with you ok if you get them young enough [about 4 weeks old]    hope the lost sheep returns :) :) :)

Patience Debbie, that is the marvellous thing about pigeons, they are free, and WILL come back if they so desire and or are able.

its difficult debbie a pigeon always will have a love of its original home where it was born its natural instinct.Onless you can brake the pigeons out they will tend not to stay, like i said to you the birds most probably once get fit will be off and out! Why dont you ask your pigeon flyer friend to breed you a couple of younsters im sure they will not decline!

well my missing pigeon has still not come home and im now really downhearted   kevin who gave me the pigeondrinker and is a member on here has offered to breed some baby pigeons for me if im seriouse about keeping pigeons    hes local to me and i probably drive him mad with all my worrying about my missing pigeon

i just hope my pigeon hasent gone to his old home as his former owner didnt sound like a nice person and said he was only fit for the bin

Ni Debbie, sorry its not returned, but as Wiley said, a racing pigeon when fit will always go home thats the way they are, its a testiment to you your loving care of the bird that it finally decided to go home, take Kevin up on the offer, because these babies will love your home and you and will always do the best to fly back to you :)
