gangster Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 SAMMY THATS A DAMN GOOD QUESTION..............................THERES EQUALLY ENOUGH TOP FLYERS FROM ALL COUNTRYS THIS IS A TOUGH ONE ILL VOTE LATER...................
Guest Vic Posted January 29, 2007 Report Posted January 29, 2007 Personally, I'd say the UK. Pigeon "wise," we're together, ole! WISE = Wales.Ireland.Scotland. England. It's been proved, more than once, We're too good for the "Conts", I'll sign off, by saying, Touche. Vic
pigeonscout Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 I think there are good birds all over. In one loft races where birds are sent from all over the world no one country dominates the result.
Guest coxy Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 every country listed has top birds tbh so would be unfair to say but i have voted uk as my birds r here lol ;D
swilcox Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Mike right Tiawen by a long way!!! Very hard conditions
schyphos Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Yes.Why wasn't the far East mentioned. In the next few years there will be little doubt the the majority of the best pigeons will be in Taiwan,China and Hong Kong.
Guest CS Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Why no Far East mentioned? Yes and also no Mentioned USA or Canada.
Roland Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 China use to take the Biscuit for the distance birds ... remember Frankie George sending and receiving from there in the 50's. Seems that the basic fundmental of the chinese love of Gambling took it's toll though as there - like here of course - there was no money on the Distance races, so sprint to middle distance is mostly the order of the day. Likewsie the set up in Taiwan... some fanciers them.
stevebelbin Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Personally, I'd say the UK. Pigeon "wise," we're together, ole! WISE = Wales.Ireland.Scotland. England. It's been proved, more than once, We're too good for the "Conts", I'll sign off, by saying, Touche. Vic So why are we always going to the continent to buy their birds and their medication products and videos etc :-/
pigeonscout Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Mick Ganus from Ganus family lofts in the USA has the best collection of birds any where in the world. So I would have to say the top birds are now in the USA.
Guest cloudview Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 its got to be IRELAND ,S old tried and tested families . not the modern imported crap
swilcox Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Probaly right Ireland is a specail place for channel racing.
Guest slugmonkey Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 I think it just depends on what you are racing day in and day out in International Futuritys the Germans do well
Guest jason Posted January 30, 2007 Report Posted January 30, 2007 Yes I am English but I have to say Germany, most of my best birds came from there and they bred quality young'ns. jason

Guest Posted February 1, 2007 Report Posted February 1, 2007 HARD TO SAY AS MOST OF THE SUCCESFUL BIRDS ARE OFF IMPORTED BIRDS SO DOES IT GO TO WERE THEY WERE BOUGHT FROM......???????????????????????????????? thats true gangsta although they are bred in another country but they are bred here by other fanciers making them english, irish, scottish ,welsh birds strain names are not important as my opinion is if you bred them inyour lofts then they are pure gangstas.
Guest MBpigeonguy Posted February 1, 2007 Report Posted February 1, 2007 Yes and also no Mentioned USA or Canada. tell me about it!!
