Last time I used a 'Bin Liner was on ice down a slope in the park, Nissed as a pewt and 2 in the morning... great! But get the odd scaf lol. From that time, reckoned if snow in February (up here anyway) you can look towards Spring being 'late'. Light dusting of snow here today; sunshine has now seen it off tho.
